At M & M International, we aim to maintain clarity and fairness in our refund and cancellation processes. For B2C customers, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to quality verification and condition of the product. Customers must contact us via email, phone, or our website enquiry before initiating a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after payment.

For B2B clients, refunds and cancellations are not generally applicable due to the custom nature of bulk orders. However, any cancellation requests must be raised before the order is dispatched. Post-shipping cancellations will require the product to be returned, and only after inspection will any further steps be taken.

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return. Claims for damages or incorrect products must be supported with appropriate documentation.
